Mail Services
To open a mailbox at The Mail Center you will need 2 forms of I.D., an Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent, and a Mailbox Rental Agreement for The Mail Center. Acceptable forms of identification include: valid driver’s license or state non-driver’s identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance.
You can download the Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent and The Mail Center Rental Agreement; fax them to us with 2 forms of I.D. Only 2 persons per Mailbox. Business delivery includes to one business and 2 persons employed by said business. If you have the same last name, both persons can be on the same application. If the 2 persons have different last names, you will need to fill out separate applications.
For the Mailbox Rental Agreement, make sure you read entire agreement, initial numbers 5,6,7,12, 13, and 16, print and sign your name, and include your phone number and E-mail address. On the Application for Delivery of Mail, Sections 2,4 a b c d and e, 6 , 7 a b c d and e, 8 a b, and sign 5 and 16. You do not need a notary. Number 15 is for an agent at The Mail Center to sign. Please include form of payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

No monthly payments. Prices above include delivery to 2 persons per Mailbox. Business delivery includes to one business and 2 persons employed by said business. Management reserves the right to determine box size according to mail volume and pick-up frequency. A one time fee of $20.00 will be added at time of set up.
